Need an experienced developer to fix my website’s internet explorer issues.

My website works great on every browser except for internet explorer where visually it is completely broken and fails to load CSS properly. I’m not sure what’s wrong, maybe it’s the limit on style sheets but either way it’s beyond my scope. I would need this problem fixed ASAP and we can discuss the amount of compensation, I have an open budget.
