Need help creating social bookmarking/review website

Greetings, I am attempting to “integrate” BuddyPress and the “Nominate” Theme to work as a niche social bookmarking/fan fiction review website concept I have (http://j2-spn.exit-23.net). I have written “technical specs” (and I use the word “technical” loosely, more like “fantasy dream wish”
) — http://www.tinyurl.com/j2spn-bp — to better describe what I am attempting to do.I think there are probably plugins that will help do most of what I want, but I have been struggling putting it all together. WordPress has become a lot more complex than when I first worked with it about 10 years ago; I haven’t kept up, and I feel quite overwhelmed. That is where I need help.
I’m looking for someone to help me and I’m willing to pay a fair price. Thanks in advance!
