New Buddypress site: searching for some plugins

Hello,
I’m having a new buddypress site with some friends (yocom.nl) and we are in a far stadium now but we miss some important things. Can you help us with any of these things?
- We want an option to insert smilies, images, spoilers etc in the forum messages? A toolbar would be nice.
- Is there an option that if you are in the forum index, you can go straight to the last page of a topic?
- Is there an option that you can see the recent topics (with the latest messages) in the sidebar?
- Can the administrators (in Dutch we are the ‘beheerders’) having a different name color or bold?Thanks already for your help
