New users do not see ToDo tab, just If I re-import users from admin panel.

Im my website (www.freela.tv) after a new user register and join a closed group he cannot see the ToDo tab. To make it work I have to go do the admin panel of GTM and re-import users. Than It shows. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance!
