Not showing up in admin menu

@aronprins gave a temporary solution for this problem with the Welcome Pack. Type this in your browser and you will be directed to the Welcome Pack settings page:
http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=welcome-pack
This worked, but my site is telling me don’t have the privileges to change the settings. This can’t be true because I am the administrator. Any thoughts?
I have a Multisite install, 3.2.1 with BP 1.5.1. Thanks!
