Notifications from Welcome Pack

It’s all working fine, but there’s no notification count in the buddypress bar, if you hover over it, the notifications are there, it’s just the number isn’t appearing telling people they have notifications. Tested my notifications with other things and the count appears. Does anyone else have this problem and or know how to fix it ?
