Odd mobile behavior with Twenty Fourteen theme

Everything’s looking great with Twenty Fourteen, except that when viewing on the phone, BP content doesn’t show unless the phone’s in landscape mode (works fine on tablets). Upright, you see nothing, in landscape, the content suddenly appears. I’m fully updated, haven’t fiddled with anything and am working with BP as the only plugin. Is anyone else experiencing this, and does anyone have any suggestions how to fix it? Thanks.

Ah, thanks. Was search for the words rather than “2014”. For those landing here, paste this in you child’s style.css:
