One login for BuddyPress Main Blog with WP 3.0 Sub blog?

I would like to use BuddyPress as the main blog on a WordPress 3.0 installation using multisite.

I will use sub-blogs for individual schools. They will have teachers, parents, and student accounts.

Will they be able to sign on the main blog with their sub-blog user credentials? The reason I ask is because I noticed that when BuddyPress is activated the registration process changes.

    Thanks in advance!

Yes, that’s exactly how it will work. Buddypress simply skins the registration process. Your users can register sitewide (I would recommend on the main install) and will be able to sign on anywhere within the site.

I would need them to register on their school website (using an invitation token from the Register Plus plugin). Then they would also have access to the main site.

    Thanks Rohan.
