please help me with chronjob settings.

I can use cronjob with my server but they have disabled wget
the link buddystream gives me to enter is
*/10 * * * * wget http://postgradjam.com/wp-content/plugins/buddystream/import.php -O /dev/null -q
what is an alternative code I can use to get this to work?
