Hi,… I see this option in the settings… that’s mean that I can reward a user if he invites a friend to subscribe to the community and the friend inscribe himself? But how does it work? I need some other plugin to let people invite their friends?

No, it’s using the default friend setting built into BuddyPress.

But if your looking for a invite system that works with BuddyPress here you go:
