Possible Bugs…

    Hey guys,

    I posted this in the trouble shooting group, but you may not see it…
    Here is the post:

    Any one else having this problem on Buddypress.org… View anyone’s timeline @pisanojm or @r-a-y -then look for an ”in reply to” update… click on the ”view” and it will kick you back to the activity stream… it drives me nuts when I’m trying to search and follow a stream of thought… I didn’t see anything on the boards here about this (ninjas?)…

    Yup, this issue has been noted. It’s listed on this document http://123.writeboard.com/7555930eb348e12b5 under “Major” as “Activity permalinks are broken”.

    HI Boone,

    I can’t open the writeboard… it’s password protected… no big deal.. I just haven’t seen anybody talking about this issue. -probably because i didn’t know the right keywords…

    This is a major error then and makes finding answers to questions posed and answered on BP very difficult, in my opinon, and should be moved up in priority of fixing….

    I agree that it’s crucial. It’s currently at the very top of the list of Major problems. Fixing it will be among the first orders of business once I get the logistics of accessing buddypress.org sorted out.

    Thanks Boone, I have nothing but the highest respect for you and all of the other BP folks here at BP.org… when I get out of our BETA at the musicpln.org I will be posting a number of PRO BP links to educators everywhere… I also will be discussing at a number of EDU conferenes I’m presenting at this year.

    Thanks for the kind words! Please do provide links to whatever presentations or blog posts that you create about BP – there are lots of folks in the education world who are hungry for more info about BuddyPress being used in an educational setting.
