Possible to have a profile field required based on selection of another field?

    Does anyone know if there is a way to make a profile field required only if a certain selection is made in another field?

    For example, if someone selects USA in the Country drop down list, is there any way to make the selection of a State (another field) required? I cannot have the state field required as default since it won’t make sense for non-USA members.
