Post a question on my website

I am stuck. I don’t know what I am doing and I cannot afford to pay anyone. I have a very successful facebook page and I want to try to get my fans onto the wordpress/buddypress site. This is work in progress. I am not seeing how my fans will post questions on the website. Can someone help me?

Please don’t post this question again we have had to close three threads one being three years old. In tech forums chose the most appropriate sub forum, post once then if no responses after a 24 hour period you may bump the post to prompt attention.
