I have a post with location added through the iPhone iOS App which is working:

I tried to add a map to a page to show All Posts and it’s showing up as a greay field withonly some of the Google mapping controls appearing. Here’s the shortcode I used:

[gpress place_id="all" post_type="posts" map_height="650" map_type="SATELLITE"]
and a link to the post:
http://deepplaya.com/?page_id=290

I see the same thing in Chrome and IE9.

Any suggestions on the next step to troubleshoot?
