Private Message instead/along with email notification

Feature request: The ability to have flagged activity result in a Private Message within BP, as well as (or instead of) an email notification.
This won’t work for flagged content submitted by individuals who are not part of the community (commenters on a blog post), but would be helpful for communities that are closed.
