Problem with Facebook import and Flickr import

Great plugin! Just a couple hiccups………..

I have WP 3.1.2/BP 1.2.8/BS Premium 2.0.3/PHP 5.2

No problems with Twitter, RSS, YouTube. Facebook is only exporting and Flickr is not importing. We have double checked APIs.

Any ideas??
