Problem with Main Activity Stream Tabs

Hello guys… i want to ask for help with the main activity stream tabs…. I took the default buddyypress theme bp-default and created it as a child of a wootheme template.

But the main activity stream tabs are not working… Clicking the friends tab sends the ajax request and the content fades in and fades out but the output is the same… the entire activity stream is displayed…

what could be going wrong… thanks…

mmmm.. weird! so your javascript is working, but the content does not get filtered? Does your Child Theme load the ajax.php file from BP-Default or from your own theme?

i have a copy of it in my child theme’s _inc folder… which is copied from bp-deault…

FYI, you currently can’t override /_inc/ajax.php in your child theme as the template path is hardcoded to the parent:

Needs to be patched to use STYLESHEETPATH instead of TEMPLATEPATH.

Regarding your problem, make sure you haven’t changed any of the list tab IDs. The AJAX requests rely on the IDs of the tabs.

Thank you for this! what happened was i made an error in the activity loop…
