BuddyPress.org

I’m attempting to use BuddyPress and WordPress for content and community management, and would like to create some custom user roles. I have attempted to use the Adminimize, Role Scoper, Members and Capability Manager plugins to manage user roles (one at a time), all with the same result. As soon as I activate the plugin with BuddyPress enabled, I get a blank white screen and the only way to view the admin area is to manually deactivate the plugin via PHPMyAdmin. If I deactivate BuddyPress, all of the plugins work just fine. Has anyone else run into this problem? I am running the latest version of BuddyPress and each of the plugins tested.
