Profile Navigation Menu displays nothing when user is a member

Hello, I have a major problem here, please checkout the screenshot.. http://imgur.com/hHrId,tVjBx
..the problem is, when the user is admin, the navigation menu is working fine, but when the user is just a regular member, the navigation menu displays nothing.

you can login as regular user then view the profile.. maraming salamat

@markyeoj what I see are some custom modifications on your end that went awry. Change to bp-default theme and deactivate plugins, I believe issues will be corrected.
P.S. after I log in, I get redirected to this same topic and I have to go to dev.freelanceu.net/zim/fitnessdiary/ not good.
