Providing standard link to member’s blog posts filter

Is there a way to locate or create a specific URL to open a member’s profile activity page to a specific “Show:” filter? For example, a member wants to point to their own blog posts in their email signature online…what URL should they use that would route a visitor to just their blog posts?
