the current solution, as I see it is that gpress creates a custom post type called places and allows importing of foursquare maps.
Why not skip the custom places and offer import of foursquare places?
I don’t want to reinvent the wheel I’d like to showcase foursquare listed places (maybe add my own) and let user rate and comment them…
any chance to see something like that?
