Recieve points for replying to a specific forum topic

This looks fairly complex to me, but I’d like to have a new list show up in the “create achievements” template that populates with existing forum topics. Has anyone tried this? Also I’m unaware of how to connect a group with a specific blog? On my setup groups are all associated with the main blog.
The forum ‘Achievements’ is closed to new topics and replies.
