registeration not working after installing buddypress

hi,

i use wordpress mu 2.6 in http://ulagam.net. i installed buddypress yday and after which the registration failed to work. i couldnt find any php error.

i fill up all form details and press submit button, it asks for blog details. then i fill them up and then goes back to first page. can some body help?
