Registration Form Not Submitting

My registration form Using BP 1.6.4 and WordPress 3.5.1 Not functional all the sudden. The registration page just loops back to itself.
1. Un installed bp completely wordpress reg work fine.
2. re installed bp registration form does not work.
3. changed to bp-default theme still not working.
4. Made sure under setting-> Genreal Options -> Anyone Can registered is definitely checked.Are there any solutions to this issue. My site is down with no one able to register.
