Remove or change name “Forums” from the main site topmenu

    @blogmudgeon

    I am working through a development of a community site, and the integrated bbPress simply does not work for my purposes as a general forum. Instead an install of Simple:Press provides that function–with activity stream hooks back into the forum. I do however want to use the bbPress function at the Group level.

    The issue is that both bbPress and SP install a menu item for “Forum(s)” in the theme topmenu. I want to either eliminate the tab for Group bbPress altogether (and just let Activity be updated) or change the name of the tab to “Group Posts”. What file will I need to hack to do this–and what code changes are required? I would like to find both solutions, as this site will be replicated elsewhere and I may want to vary the presentation.

    Thanks, Patrick
