Replacing Blog Name on Admin Bar with Welcome *User*

    Hi, I have been trying to edit the adminbar file towards taking out the blog name and replacing it with simple text that says Welcome *User*, *User* replaced with the actual username like Electron88. What is the correct code towards doing this. When I tried it, the css was quite off and sometimes it wouldn’t display the message.
