Request- To do list for each link.

Hi
I am using buddypress links for creating a catalog of websites based on certain criteria. Users of this community search for these websites and post the link in the community using BP links. After a link is posted, it needs to go trough a check list. So i am looking for a feature where i can attach a todo list to every link and the one who has posted that link, can update the todo list.
Can we have a plugin like this for links as well.
