[Resolved] Blank page upon activating new plugins with BuddyPress

I have a problem where I cannot add any new plugins to my WordPress / BuddyPress website. Through a process of illimination, I’ve determined that its the BuddyPress plugin causing this. With all other plugins disabled (besides BuddyPress), and the default theme active, as soon as I try and activate a new plugin I get a blank screen. I need to then delete the new plugin files via FTP before I get access to the site again. This happens with all plugins I try and install. As soon as I disable BuddyPress, I can hapily install and activate new plugins but then when I activate BuddyPress again, I get a blank screen. I really hope someone could help with this. Any help will be massively appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Justin.

  • Your PHP script memory limit may be too low, if you have access to php.ini see what value is set for memory limit and if around 32mb try upping it to around 96mb or even 128mb, or check the bp codex for other means of changing the value through wp-config.
