wordpress version : 3.3.1
buddypress version : 1.5.3.1
wordpress single
windows server 2008 R2 , wamp

I got the answer :
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/my-theme-isnt-showing-up-1

Dashboard –> setting –> general setting –> “http://panjury.com/cms” , instead of
“http://localhost/cms”
