[Resolved] Missing pages in sub-domain

Hello All,
New user to BuddyPress and first post. Here goes;
I have multi-site WP fresh install and BuddyPress plugin installed and activated on the Network. On my primary site I have the BuddyPress Theme installed and activated and all of the pages BP creates such as Activity, Blogs, Groups and Members.
However on a subdomain, where I have BP Theme installed and activated I do not have these links.
I deleted and re-added the sub-domain site but still no pages.
What can I look for?
