[Resolved] Where can I change avatar upload max size for BuddyPress?

I have a newly installed latest BP with WordPress 3.3.1 without multisite configuration.
When I tried to upload a picture sized 160kb for my avatar, an error message showed up telling me the file must be less than 98kb for the avatars.
However, my wordpress install allows file uploads to 250MB max, so I’ve been wondering why BuddyPress is limiting so much. And…I can’t find any configuration page to set avatar max upload size for BuddyPress.
Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
I didn’t write the resolution, here’s what I did.
1. Create bp-custom.php
2. Add define (‘BP_AVATAR_ORIGINAL_MAX_FILESIZE’, #); where # is the file size
3. Upload it under wp-content/plugins/ (do not upload it under budypress)
