RSS in Persian/Arabic

I have a BuddyPress website in Persian. The RSS feeds show the text generated by BuddyPress and the theme (bp-social) correctly but any post, message, or comment submitted by the users is gibberish. The RSS can be seen here: http://partoschool.org/activity/feed/

My question is that what causes it and how I can fix that?

Thanks. Are the entries that have corrupted text from the group Forums? i.e. new forum posts or forum replies.
If so, this is a known issue and I have a fix for you (it’s not made it into the core BuddyPress code yet), let me know.

Same problem in cyrillic (russian). Tickets were ignored.
