Seems to be activated, but not performing any of the Welcome Pack Functions

    Hi Paul–

    This looks really sweet.

    I’m running WPMU 2.9.1 and Buddypress 1.2.3. I FTPed Welcome Pack in and activated it, and it seems to work smashingly, from the back-end. I set all my settings, saved my settings, and then added a new user and . . . and. . . nothing. Meaning it doesn’t send the user any welcome message, the custom email isn’t sent, and he isn’t redirected to the page I set.

    Curses!

    Any thoughts to what I should look for? Would love to get this working.

    Hi @weshaw

    It’s probably something to do with you running non-current versions of WPMU and BuddyPress.

    I’m assuming you’re running Welcome Pack 2.1. The email customisation will only work with BP 1.2.4.1 onwards.

    I can’t remember what version was out when WPMU 2.9.1 was current, I’m afraid. Looking at the changelog, I’d suggest you try version 1.64 — http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/welcome-pack/download/
