Sho all posts by a member with Buddypress

Hello to the BuddyPress community !

I am using WordPress 3.8.1 and the last version of Buddypress, 1.9.1. I am also using the twenty fourteen theme. I have some troubes with how to show all posts by a member with my theme :

If I want to show all posts written by a member, I have to go to this URL : mywebsite/author/username
Or with Buddypress, I show member profil with this URL : mywebsite/members/username/

Is it possible to just change the first URL to be like : mywebsite/members/username/posts ?

The activity feed in BP has a filter that you can use to select things like All posts, All Comments, All Activity Updates etc. It’s a dropdown on the activity feed. It sounds like what you want is for it to default to just posts, and not to everything (avatar changes, friend requests etc.)

I have created a php file with what I need, now, I am looking how to call this file everytime when I have a URL like http://www.mywebsite/username/posts

Can someone said where do I need to search ?
