Hello all! I’m looking at creating a website similar to http://easyoutsource.com. At my website the only difference will be the workers, workers at my website will be freelance artists/talents like models.

Can you please give me some ideas as what all plugins can help me create this. Also there are 2 user roles on this website ’1. Workers 2. Employers.’ how can I create custom roles like those?

As mentioned on their developers site – they use afew custom plugins for the features you want.
They dont seem to be available, thus, you will need to hire a developer to develop them.
