site-wide-activity / Profile ?

when a user is updating his profile (changing of his profile data), why is this then not being reflected at the “Profile”-section within the Site-Wide-Activity ?
It seems only the wire-posts at a user´s profile are showing-up at the Site-Wide-Activity ?
Why not including ALL changes being done at each user´s profile ?
