Spam user accounts

One of my BuddyPress websites keeps getting spam accounts signing up with @mailnesia.com email addresses.

I am using SI Captcha plugin with it set to the hardest difficulty to limit spam signups but they are still managing to sign up.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is there anything we can do to restrict them?
