Specific Feature Request: LogIn Achievement

I have a client that wants a “Log In Achievement” … users receive an Achievement for ## of logins.

What they’ve REALLY asked for is to have a # show up next to their name showing the number of logins, but I’ve convinced them to use Achievements. Amazingly (unless I totally missed it) there isn’t an “event” set up for logins.

I’ve been looking to implementing this as well. I was digging around this morning and noticed that there’s a “last_activity” field in the user meta that updates upon login, but I’ve as yet not tracked down where that gets written after a successful login.

I’d like to have it check the existing date and see if it is after the current date, so as to do daily login tracking. Any ideas, Sir Gibbs?

last_activity is updated every 5? minutes by BuddyPress, so that’s no good.
