Startup screen and name

Everything seems to be working really well so far for me but would it be possible to add the following

1. If you add a link home screen you can specify an icon and link name
2. When the link added above is selected it loads a startup screen

Worked out how to specify icon and link name but struggling with the startup screen.

Start up screens only work if you enable it as a web app.
