Sub Groups (0) should not exist

Is there any way to get rid of this from the public display of the group?
Only if the group admin adds a sub group, then it would be better.

If there are no sub groups, only those authorized to create sub groups will see the sub group tab. Otherwise, how would they add sub groups?
If you have authorized “Anyone” to create subgroups, that tab will be visible to any user.
