I would like to create a section where people can sign in and answer questions and add their image and then have people see their answers.

My idea at this point is to simply show a list with images where you would click on a person’s image to see what their answers were.

I would ask questions like what where you doing before you were ill; what job did you have, how much money were you making, how many hours did you work. There would also be a place for comments.

There would be a US Section, a UK section etc.

(At the top of the sections would be a running total…total years lost to illness)

Any ideas what plugins/programs I could use to accomplish everything but the last part. I assume I would have to hire someone to do that.
