Is this a plugin or did buddypress create it with html? if it is a plugin what is the name of it? thanks in advance

It’s not a widget in the backend. I assume it’s hardcoded into the theme template, but I’m unable to take a look at it and confirm.

That’s the tag heat map thingy, think the OP wanted to recreate the support forum group listing, shouldn’t be difficult but can’t think exactly how to go about it off top of head. edit// in fact it ought to be as simple as a group loop with just titles and description rendered.
