Thumbnail errors

Hi guys,

I need help. I get errors in my thumbnails and images. Some appear, some dont. Also, my avatar crop tool is having problems. Please help. This is my site http://www.modelsorg.com

Can you be more specific? What errors in thumbs and imgs? How is this related to bp? Now the av crop tool I wanna hear about. Can you be more expansive on the av crop problem?
