Title and description always the same

    I was wondering if there was a way to turn this plugin around to actually show what was writter in the activity.

    It works more or less with twitter.

    But with G+ or facebook the title is always “Activity” and the description is the description of the website.

    I tried to be clear enough but anyone who used must get what I’m saying!
