Post the translation files on a file-sharing website and post the link in the forum. Be sure to include your real name, contact email, and a link of your choice inside the the translation file. This will be added to the “credits” screen in BP-Media.

Please generate a new BP-Album POT file from the trunk, export a beta, and post them on the downloads page.

It’s because the base translation file is out of sync with the copy of the plugin that you have. Since your government is blocking access to Google Code, I’ll email you the updated files once FanQuake gets them posted.
