Update, it’s actually not updating at all… All other integration seems to be working and no error codes. I’m using Apache 2.2 PHP 5.3.2 FASTCGI PHP 5 Handler and suEXEC.
I’m also using WordPress 2.9.2 and Buddpress 1.2.4.1 non-MU. At this point I’ve turned off all other plug-ins and still cannot get it to udate. In addition, I revereted back to the original Template from the BP -Column Template.. I’ve Also installed and re-installed your plugin version 1.3 Activated/Re-Activated, etc.
Nothing significant in the Cpanel Error logs.
I’m defintelty willing to troubleshoot this with you direct. You can contact me here on on Twitter: @pisanojm
Import fixed in 1.3.1 my bad…
Peter,
FYI, I will be sending a PayPal donation when I get home 2night.
Thanks! and i received it.
@blackphantom Peter, New update for you… it doesn’t seem as though the tweetstream update is respecting my import time of 30 minutes (run import every: 30). Tweets seem to be imported almost as soon as they are posted in twitter… Also I still need clarification (maybe also in documentation on page): Max import per day, per user… does this mean individual TWEETS or the total amount of imports per user per day?
Very much looking forward to your next update…
@blackphantom Peter, Tweetstream crashed again today because of twitter overload… how’s the patch coming? Getting to be a problem to keep running…
Here is the latest code from the crash, FYI:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'EpiTwitterBadGatewayException' with message ' /* Page

Posting from Japan. This plug-in is amazing! The best way for the community to connect with social stream. Unfortunately, twitter is unstable for a few days (because of world cup football?). I’m really looking forward to your next release.
Tweetstream looks good – but, doesn’t work for me at all. I am getting this message
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding() in /home/petlvr/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tweetstream/tweetstream-functions.php on line 368
Any idea what could be the issue here?
// thanks in advance

Futher update to my post above – after searching the WordPress support forums, I did find a solution recommended – I asked Tech Support to “–enable-mbstring’–” and recompile Apache server .. then it completely worked as it was supposed to! Thanks
