Unable to PM levels above

    Level 1 – Admin
    Level 2 – User
    Level 3 – browser

    Using BP internal mail system (PMs) everyone can message those in the level below, but not either at their level or above.

    Admins, for example can message everyone except other admins.

    Huh?
