upgrade issue with extras?

Just wondering if anyone can help with this error. I get it after doing an upgrade to the latest BP, although I’m not 100% the upgrade caused it. My guess is it did, though. I have reached out to the bp groups extra plugin folks, but waiting still. The error I get is this, when clicking the extras tab. The site stays up, but the extras page area only shows this:

Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /home/agonyofd/public_html/wp-content/plugins/buddypress-groups-extras/core/loader.php on line 345

Any ideas? thx.

I am getting this as well since upgrading to the latest version of BP.

I see it when I go to Admin and then Extras:

Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /home/….public_html/…/wp-content/plugins/buddypress-groups-extras/core/loader.php on line 345

Any ideas of a fix. I have seen people on the BBPress forum also talking about this (https://bbpress.org/forums/topic/fatal-error-unable-to-create-forum-from-buddypress-group/)
but I don’t think it is BBPress relate because I am not using this on my site.
