I’m going to need a bit more info than that. SOme relevant questions:
1) Are the latest versions of WordPress and BuddyPress installed on your server?
2) Is BP-ALbum installed on your server?
3) Are BuddyPress and BP-Album activated?
4) What browser and operating system are you using? Have you tried other browsers and operating systems?
5) Are you logged-in when attempting to access the upload page?
6) Post the URL of your site.

Thanks for getting back to me, sorry for the delay in replying.
1) I’m running wordpress 3.2.2 and buddypress 1.5.5
2) BP-Album is installed on my server
3) Buddypress and BP-Album are activated
4) I’m on Mac OS 10.7.4 and the page isn’t loading in Safari, Firefox or Chrome. Chrome is displaying a server 500 error while firefox and Safari just load a blank page.
5) I am logged in when attempting to access the upload page. My site is restricted to registered users using the WP eMember plugin.
6) The URL is http://www.borderlinepersonalitydisorder.com/neabpd-network/ email me at jpani00 at gmail dot com and I’ll set you up some credentials to get past the first page.
