URL mapping
-
Firstly BP would be fairly useless without this plugin – so thanks!
I noticed that placing a hyperlink into a group description pointing at say an uploaded document works but only when viewing the group in admin mode
As soon as you switch to the default group page view the url maps to the wrong directory
I have wordpress installed in a wordpress folder and this folder is lost in the url path
This is because the link editor rather than preserving the absolute link recognises the path and puts in ../../../../ instead or http://www.grayshott.com/wordpress/wp-content/etc
I think the fault is then that the path in admin when you paste the link is one folder different than when it viewed in default
The fix would be to force the link editor to use the absolute path – is this possible?
